This is the industry standard curb for trapezoidal roof applications. The curb itself lays over the roof both on the uphill and downhill sides. We have the ability to match over 100 different roof panel profiles. Caps are welded continuously, watertight to the shell.

This is the industry standard curb for vertical standing seam applications. This curb can be installed under or over the roof on the uphill and downhill sides, providing the installer with maximum flexibility.

This curb is designed to be installed with the uphill (diverter side) of the curb under the roof panel and the downhill side over the roof panel. This allows for more natural water drainage around the curb.

Seam-in roof curbs provide several advantages to the builder. The curbs are seamed into the roof as the roof goes down. Thus, there are no fasteners along the sides of the curb. In addition, the seaming operation allows the curb to be shingled uphill and downhill without having to slit the panels. The roof manufacturer's panel is welded continuously, watertight to the 14 gauge shell. Welds are coated to provide rust resistance. We stock several manufacturer's roof panels, or we can utilize panels provided. Call for more information!

This curb features a Butler MR-24 base panel welded continuously, watertight to a 14 gauge Galvalume coated steel shell. The welded areas are coated to provide rust resistance. Standard construction includes 1-1/2", 3# density insulation, with roof curb pitched to meet your roof slope. Available for Butler MR-24 and CMR-24 roofs. A special version is also available for BRII roofs. This 35 foot octagonal base panel lay-on curb is installed on a Butler MR-24 roof. The weight of the skylight required a "double curb" application.

The Butler IF ("Internal Flange") Curb is available for Butler's MR-24, CMR-24, VSR, and Snap-ItT roof systems. This IFCurb is installed on a Butler MR-24 roof. All aluminum construction means no weld maintenance and years of leak-free performance.
